Slag Rotary Dryer
The NE chain bucket elevator consists of running parts, a drive unit, an upper unit, a middle casing and a lower unit. It is currently relatively modern and well-developed vertical lifting equipment. It is widely used for lifting various bulk materials, such as: ore, coal, cement, cement clinker, grain, chemical fertilizer, etc.

Description:
The NE chain bucket elevator is a widely used vertical conveying equipment. It is used for the vertical transportation of powder, granular and lump materials, and can also transport highly abrasive materials such as cement, sand, earth coal, ceramsite sand, etc. The material temperature is usually below 250 ℃, and the lifting height can reach 50 m. It is widely used in building materials, electric power, metallurgy, machinery, the chemical industry, mining and other industries.
Advantages:
- 1. The whole machine has a fully sealed structure and does not pollute with dust during operation.
- 2. The casing has a ribbed structure, which features high rigidity, accuracy and a beautiful appearance.
- 3. Wide lifting range: it can lift not only ordinary powdery, granular and lump materials, but also highly abrasive materials.
- 4. The NE chain bucket elevator has large throughput, a long service life, smooth and reliable operation, ease of operation and maintenance, and a compact structure.

Working principle:
The traction part of the NE chain bucket elevator is a plate chain. The buckets are fixed to the traction part at a certain interval. The traction part passes through sprockets in the head and lower part of the elevator, forming a closed loop system of lifting and falling. The drive unit installed in the head of the elevator transmits power to the traction component and the buckets through the head sprocket. Material enters the elevator buckets through the loading opening in the lower part of the elevator. The buckets lift the material to the head and place it in the head section. The materials are discharged, and the materials leaving the bucket are discharged through the discharge opening installed in the head of the elevator.
The NE chain bucket elevator belongs to the inflow feeding type: material enters the bucket, is lifted up by the plate chain and is discharged by itself under the action of the gravity of the material.
