Description
The YLT series pleated cartridge pulse-jet dust collector is a high-efficiency, compact unit for cleaning dust-laden air. Pleated (corrugated) cartridges are used as the filter element, providing a large filtration area within minimal dimensions.
The equipment combines high-efficiency filtration with a pulse-jet regeneration system, ensuring stable operation at low resistance.
Compared with conventional bag filters, cartridge filters offer:
- a larger filtration area in a smaller volume;
- higher filtration precision;
- a compact structure;
- lower installation-space requirements.

Working Principle
Dust-laden air enters the collector through the inlet duct and passes through the pleated cartridges under negative pressure.
Dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter element, while the cleaned air flows through the central channel and is discharged.
When the differential pressure reaches the set value, the pulse-jet cleaning system automatically injects compressed air into the cartridge. The cartridge briefly expands and vibrates, causing the dust to fall into the hopper.
Equipment Features
- Surface filtration technology is used. The filter cartridges offer high filtration precision, and the filtration area is 2–3 times larger than that of conventional bag filters, ensuring low emissions and low energy consumption.
- A vertical suspended cartridge structure is used, convenient for dust deposition and cleaning. Because the filter media vibrates less during cleaning, the cartridge service life is far longer than that of filter bags, and replacement costs are lower.
- Pulse-jet cleaning technology is used, together with a special secondary-airflow design, ensuring good cleaning performance and low energy consumption.
- A Siemens PLC-based automatic program control is used, with two control modes: automatic by timer and manual. Key components affecting the main performance (such as pulse valves) are imported.
- Compared with bag-type dust collectors, this equipment offers a larger filtration area, lower filtration air velocity, lower operating resistance, a compact installation footprint, long service life and simple maintenance.
