Slag Rotary Dryer
Description
The sectional (modular) silo is storage equipment for powdered, granular and small-lump materials. It is widely used in asphalt mixing plants, the cement industry, mining, metallurgy and the chemical industry.
The silo usually has a modular sectional structure and consists of a body, support legs, a dust-collection system, level sensors, a bridge-breaking device and a discharge system. The equipment is distinguished by convenient transport, fast installation and large capacity.
The sectional silo is suitable for storing cement, fly ash, mineral powder, lime powder and other bulk materials. The volume and structure can be manufactured to the customer's requirements.

Working principle
Material is fed into the silo by conveying equipment and stored inside the body. During discharge, the discharge device at the bottom of the silo opens and the material flows out under its own weight. For poorly flowing powders, aeration systems or vibration devices can be fitted to prevent bridging and blockage.
Main advantages
- Modular sectional structure, convenient for transport and installation.
- Good sealing and reduced dust generation.
- Large capacity with a small footprint.
- Can be equipped with level sensors, filters and bridge-breaking devices.
- High structural strength and long service life.
- Can be manufactured to the customer's individual requirements.
