Description

The Air Slide Conveyor (Air Slide Conveyor) is equipment for conveying powdery materials using the pneumatic conveying principle. It is widely used in the cement industry and for conveying fly ash, mineral powder, alumina, chemical powders and other bulk materials.

The equipment mainly consists of the trough body, the air-permeable layer, the fan and the support structure. During operation, compressed air passes through the air-permeable fabric into the material layer, bringing the powder into a fluidized state. Under the effect of the slope, the material flows by gravity along the trough.

The Air Slide Conveyor features a simple structure, low energy consumption, good sealing, no rotating parts and easy maintenance. It is especially suited to the continuous conveying of dry, free-flowing powdery materials.

Working principle

Low-pressure air produced by the fan enters the air chamber beneath the air-permeable layer. The air passes evenly through the fabric, bringing the powdery material into a fluidized state. Under the effect of the inclination angle, the material moves smoothly along the trough, ensuring continuous conveying.

4. What is the production and delivery lead time?
Depending on the equipment type, the general manufacturing cycle is about 30-50 working days. After fabrication, you may send representatives to our factory for inspection, and we can also provide photos and videos of the finished equipment. Transportation options include rail, sea, road, and combined sea-rail shipping. Delivery time varies by region: Southeast Asia 7-15 days, Central Asia 20-30 days, the Middle East 20-40 days, Africa and the Americas 30-50 days, and Russia and Europe 25-50 days.
5. Can you send engineers to the site for installation, commissioning, and training?
Yes. We can dispatch experienced engineers for on-site installation guidance and production-line commissioning, while training local personnel in operation and maintenance.
6. What is the warranty period for the equipment?
Our equipment comes with a 12-month warranty. If any parts have quality problems during the warranty period, we will replace them free of charge.
