Slag Rotary Dryer
Description
The DMC single-unit pulse bag filter is a compact, high-efficiency bag dust-collection unit that adopts a multi-chamber structure and pulse-jet cleaning technology, featuring a compact structure, small footprint, stable operation and high dust-collection efficiency.
It is widely used for single-unit or local dust control and is suitable for the collection and purification of various powdery and granular materials, especially:
- mechanical processing workshops
- powder conveying points
- cement silo top dust collection
- belt conveyor transfer points
- building materials, metallurgy and chemical industries
- woodworking, grain processing and similar industries
The equipment uses external bag filtration: dust-laden gas enters the housing and the dust is retained by the filter bags while the clean gas is discharged; when the resistance reaches the set value, the pulse valve automatically blows to clean the bags, restoring their filtration capacity.
Working Principle
Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector through the inlet and, under negative pressure, passes through the filter bags; the dust is retained on the outer surface of the bags, and the purified gas enters the clean-gas chamber and is discharged by the fan.
As operating time increases, the filter-bag resistance rises, and the control system automatically opens the pulse valves to blow compressed air, instantaneously cleaning the bags so that the dust falls into the hopper and is discharged.
Equipment Features
- 1. High-efficiency dust collection: dust-collection efficiency reaches 99.9% and above.
- 2. Compact structure: integrated design, easy installation and small footprint.
- 3. Automatic cleaning: PLC or timer control, automatic pulse cleaning.
- 4. Easy maintenance: simple filter-bag replacement and convenient servicing.
- 5. Stable operation: low resistance, suitable for continuous operating conditions.
