Slag Rotary Dryer
Description:
The high-efficiency T-Sepax separator-classifier with three-way separation breaks the theory of separating "coarse and fine powder" in the traditional closed-circuit grinding system and divides the material into three parts: coarse powder, medium-coarse powder and fine powder. This product has a simple system configuration, low cost and high capacity. It increases the mill's productivity. Its internal structure is reasonable and the powder-selection effect is significant. It is the best choice for improving the product quality of the grinding system after the introduction of the new cement standard, and a new trend of innovation in powder-separator technology.
Advantage:
Compared with traditional separators, our cyclone separators have the following advantages:
- They divide the material into three parts: coarse powders (diameter >150 µm), medium-sized powder (60 µm < diameter <150 µm) and fine powders (diameter <60 µm). Coarse and medium-ground powders are sent back for re-grinding, and the fine-ground powder is discharged as a product.
- The improved design allows the separators to provide stable efficiency even when the air volume, feed rate and amount of material vary over a wide range.
- The working principle is created in accordance with aerodynamic analysis, which reduces air resistance during the production process and increases efficiency.
- The separator's drive shaft is designed to operate at high speed. Setting the degree of grinding is very convenient, and the adjustment range is wide.
- The space of the separator chamber is improved and optimized, which makes it possible to fully use the main volume to increase the proportion between material and air, and also increases the separation efficiency.
- The main parts are made of wear-resistant materials and treated with anti-wear technology, which reduces the degree of equipment wear and effectively increases its service life.
- The principle of reducing mechanical vibration is used in the basic design of the separator, so the resonant frequency between the separator and the foundation is not close to the natural frequency of the separator, which allows the vibration problem to be solved.
- All discharge pipes are equipped with double-locking air valves, which significantly reduces the degree of air leakage from the system and solves the problem of dust emission during operation.
Working principle:
In operating condition, the high-speed motor drives the vertical drive shaft to rotate through a transmission device. The material enters the powder separator through the inlet at the top of the powder-separator chamber, and then passes through the upper and lower cones of the cone for collecting material and coarse powder. The intermediate and macaroni pipes fall onto the sprinkler. The sprinkler rotates together with the vertical drive shaft. Under the action of inertial centrifugal force, the materials are evenly scattered around. The dispersed materials enter the powder-selection chamber through the air intake of the external fan. Under the action of the high-speed air flow, the large and heavy particles of material, under the action of inertial centrifugal force, are thrown to the inner wall of the powder-selection chamber. After the collision, they lose kinetic energy, slide along the wall and fall into the cone for collecting coarse powder. The remaining particles roll up with the ascending rotating air flow. When passing through the action zone of the large wind blade, part of the coarse powder particles are thrown to the inner wall of the powder-selection chamber, lose kinetic energy after the collision, slide along the wall and fall into the cone for collecting coarse powder.
After passing the wind blade, the medium and fine powders, under the action of the ascending flow, continue to rise through the vertical guide blades and enter the secondary powder-selection zone. Under the action of the strong and stable flat vortex formed by the rotating rotor of the separator, the dusty air flow causes the medium and coarse powder to lose kinetic energy after it is thrown onto the vertical guide blade under the action of centrifugal force, and it falls into the cone for collecting medium and coarse powder. The tube for medium-coarse powder is discharged. The fine powder meeting the requirements passes through the rotor separator and enters its inner part, enters the high-efficiency low-resistance cyclone separator with the circulating wind, and then slides into the cone for collecting fine powder, becoming a finished product.
